Circle Diner started with a simple idea: a place where the coffee tastes like someone actually cares about it, where the breakfast plate arrives hot and generous, and where you can sit without feeling like you're taking up too much space.
We opened our doors on Columbia Highway with nothing fancy — just good ingredients, a small team that shows up early, and a belief that a proper meal doesn't need to be complicated. That hasn't changed.
